Dover Police said Thursday continuing an investigation following the arrest of two men on drug, gun, and gang charges in late October led to the arrest of five more men on similar charges. 

According to authorities, the arrests of 22-year-old Jawuan Horsey and 19-year-old Rayquian Horsey during a cooperative investigation between Delaware State Police, Dover Police, and Delaware Probation and Parole on October 24, 2019, led officers to arrest the following men on the following charges:

Tywon Peace, 21, of Dover, charged on October 31 with possession of a firearm by a person prohibited and illegal gang participation. He was committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution in lieu of $8,000 cash bond. 

Michael Taylor, 21, of Camden, charged on November 4 with six counts possession of a firearm by a person prohibited and two counts illegal gang participation. He was committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution in lieu of $10,500 cash bond. 

On November 5, Marquan Richardson, 27, Anthony Trower, 29, and Deontray Watson, 18, all of Dover, were all arrested during a traffic stop. 

Watson was charged with possession of a firearm by a person prohibited and illegal gang participation and committed to SCI in lieu of $13,000 cash bond. 

Trwoer was charged with two counts possession of a firearm by a person prohibited and illegal gang participation and committed to SCI in lieu of $23,000 cash bond. 

Police said Richardson was found in possession of heroin at the time of his arrest and charged with possession of a firearm by a person prohibited, illegal gang participation, possession of heroin, and drug paraphernalia. He was committed to SCI in lieu of $22,000 cash bond.
