Dover police are looking for the person or persons who fired shots that left a woman slightly injured and at least two houses damaged early Sunday morning.

Officers responding to a report of shots fired found the victim in the unit block of South New Street around 2:45 a.m. with a graze wound to her leg, police said.

She was treated and released from Bayhealth Hospital, and police found several shell casings at the scene.

At least two houses were hit by bullets, and police are asking anyone who may know something about the incident to call them at 302.736.7130.
