A former employee of a Brandywine Hundred burger joint put the uniform back on one last time--so he could rob the place, according to Delaware State Police.

Authorities said they're searching for 28-year-old Kalief T. Heath, of Wilmington, who showed up to his former place of employment, Five Guys at 2217 Concord Pike in the Fairfax community, around 8:15 a.m. Monday, August 12, 2019, and rang a bell at the rear of the restaurant.

Heath allegedly pointed a handgun at the female employee who answered the door and ordered her out of the business, but she refused, and Heath fled on a bicycle without obtaining money or property.

Anyone with information regarding Heath's whereabouts is urged to contact Delaware State Police at 302.365.8435 or Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1.800.TIP.3333.
