A man who was found shot to death on Interstate 95 south of Philadelphia Friday night has been identified.
Pennsylvania State Police received a report of a body found at 9:20 p.m. on October 18, 2019, on I-95 southbound at Exit 4 in Chester Township, Pennsylvania.
When police arrived, they found 33-year-old Naython Brown of Philadelphia, suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. His disabled vehicle was also located a short distance away.
Lanes were shutdown as police investigated and traffic was backed up for miles with only one lane getting by Friday night.
