A 20-year-old man and 17-year-old juvenile have been charged in connection to robbing a pair of pizza delivery drivers at a Dover trailer park in two separate incidents on the same day, authorities announced Wednesday.

According to Dover Police, Melkin Ramos and the juvenile were responsible for a pair of robberies at the Dover East Mobile Home Park in the 1000 block of South Little Creek Road on Thursday, August 29, 2019--one at around 12:40 a.m. early that morning, and then around 10:10 p.m. that evening. 

In the first incident, the delivery driver was punched in the face, and in the second, the driver was put in a headlock and threatened he would be stabbed if he didn't turn over money. 

In both incidents, the food was also stolen. 

The juvenile was arrested September 6, Ramos was charged September 10. 

Ramos was charged with two counts first-degree robbery, second-degree conspiracy, and offensive touching. He was committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution in lieu of $45,000. The juvenile was charged with first-degree robbery and second-degree conspiracy and issued a $10,000 secured bond. His detention status was not released.
