43 Delaware high school football players have been honored by the Maxwell Football Club for their "Mini-Max" Awards.

The players were nominated by their coaches with three basic criteria guiding their choices:  football performance, academics and community service.

Delaware's Maxwell Award winner will be selected from the 43 nominees and the Mini Max winners and the overall winner will be honored at the 15th annual DIFCA All-State and Sportsmanship Banquet on Monday, January 28 at Dover Downs.

The banquet is open to the public and tickets can be purchased through the website for the Delaware Interscholastic Football Coaches Association (DIFCA)
