A Wilmington man is charged with an early June robbery behind a Claymont liquor store, while three other suspects remain at large.

Delaware State Police arrested 18-year-old Shahid Majid of Wilmington on Thursday, July 18, 2019, after he was taken into custody by New Castle County Police during a traffic stop.

Police say Majid and three others robbed, punched and kicked a 17-year-old male behind Yetter's Liquors on 3101 Philadelphia Pike while the victim was walking home from the Holy Rosary Carnival on June 1, 2019.

According to police, the suspects took the victim's cell phone and money during the incident.
