Rehoboth condo fire 101819

An early-morning fire a Rehoboth Beach condo complex causes at least $1 million in damage.

Firefighters were called to the Beach Haven Condominiums on the 35000 block of Haven Drive, near Coastal Highway, at 1 a.m. on October 18, 2019. 

Investigators with the Delaware State Fire Marshal's Office said all 18 units were evacuated and are uninhabitable due to structural damage from the fire.

Firefighters from multiple Sussex County communities responded to the blaze at the three-story building. No one was hurt.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
