A 36-year-old Wilmington woman died in a crash just south of Ogletown Thursday afternoon, Delaware State Police said Friday.
According to authorities, Erica N. Cramatie drove her Honda Civic from Galleon Drive into the path of an oncoming Jeep Cherokee traveling along Chapman Road. The Cherokee struck the Civic on the left side, spinning the vehicle clockwise into the grass.
Cramatie succumbed to her injuries at Christiana Hospital. The female Cherokee operator, a 38-year-old Newark woman, suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
Impairment was not being considered a factor in this collision, police said.
