Now more than any other time, we are finally recognizing the tremendous contribution women make every day, personally, professionally and in the community. In honor of Women’s History Month, we want to celebrate ALL WOMEN! Join WDEL 1150AM/101.7FM, 93.7 WSTW, and Jammin’ 96.9 for Celebrating Women.
Due to the concerns of the COVID-19 pandemic, our Celebrating Women luncheon has been cancelled. But we still want to recognize several women who have made a difference in our community in the past year. You can read this year’s Celebrating Women honorees below.

The past 11 years of Sherry’s life have been dedicated to rescuing, fostering and helping to adopt out dogs, puppies, cats and kittens. She spends a lot of time taking vibrant pics of shelter animals to help catch adopters eye. Our house has also become a safe haven for over 250 foster dogs and cats, some who had come from some of the worst abuse cases imaginable. A lot of these animals had serious medical problems and needed a lot of love; my mom was always the first one to volunteer to take them.
